Credit after bankruptcy? Can I still get credit? You bet! It's easier than you think!

Credit after bankruptcy is easier than I think? Yes, and it can be easier than you think to get taken if your not careful! Some people are just so happy that they can get credit again that this warm fuzzy feeling takes over and turns into an ice cold shower once they find out the details!

You will be asked to pay higher finance charges, but read all of your credit agreement and know what your getting and you should be fine. If you don't understand something, speak up and ask!

Credit after bankruptcy is not only possible, it is easier than you think, especially after bankruptcy!

You see your creditors know that you cannot declare bankruptcy again for another 7 years. You wont get A-1 credit offers to start, but you will have a chance to get credit again.

Start with a credit card with a limit of $300.00 to $500.00 and after making regular payments for at least 6 months, you may get another offer or a chance for a credit line increase.

There are sponsored links on this page from lenders willing to take another chance on you. There is no reason to not establish credit and boost your score to A-1 credit status.

You have another chance to get it right this time!

Use it wisely and read the section of how credit scoring works. The biggest expense most of us will have in our lifetimes will be the big expense and your mortgage payment will be higher and cost you thousands if you have a low credit score!

Getting a bankruptcy granted does not mean that you have to go out and apply for as much as you can get as soon as you can. In fact, by doing this you not only make your score go down, but you will keep it down because you set off alarms by doing this.

Let's get into this some more on the next page. This is the hard part that most people have a difficult time understanding.

If your considering bankruptcy protection, then you should read that section now. You can go to it by clicking here. One of the easiest ways to rebuild your credit after bankruptcy is with a new credit card!

A bankruptcy does not mean that you will get another credit card or any type of credit again! If you learned things from my website, you will have evidence of this in these pages and will have my RSS feed too and be ready to fight back and not take it anymore!

These banners below is a great resource for those needing a credit card or two so they can either establish credit for the first time or re-establish their credit history again! Clean up your credit reports at the same time and dispute anything you think is unfair! YOU CAN DO THIS! These offers have been placed here to help those who need it to get credit after bankruptcy!

Some of the best credit cards

to get are the first ones that will be available to you after a bankruptcy! I know how that sounds, but it is true and this was how I got started rebuilding my credit.

My first application was for bad credit credit cards and I was immediately approved for a mastercard from Orchard bank! These are easy to get and your interest rate will be higher and credit limit lower, but think far ahead. My first credit card I got when I wanted credit after bankruptcy was only for $300.00 and had an interest rate of 22.9%! However, once I established trust with this credit card, my interest rate was cut down to 9.9% and my credit limit went up to $750.00! Eventually your going to get better credit card offers than you thought possible, but it will happen. I now have a master card from the Royal Bank of Scotland with a interest rate of 8.9% and a credit limit of $5000.00 with 0% apr for 12 months and free balance transfers on the same promotional amount!

This rewards credit card also let's me have free groceries! How's that work? Well, I earn bonus bucks for every dollar I spend on things I need anyway like groceries. I pay the balance off in full before the due date from my savings which I replenish every pay day and the bonus let's me use these bonus bucks for food at no interest!

My credit score is high and my credit card company raised my credit limit which sent my score even higher! So you see how it is possible to make your credit cards work for you and re-establish credit after bankruptcy! If you do splurge on a luxury item, which we all do after a time, then the interest rate won't kill you and your credit card issuer will love it! Make more than your minimum payments and pay it off in 6 months or in a manner you can afford and your creditor will most likely reward you with another credit limit increase!
